Día 1:
Llegada a Lima
Será trasladado a su apartamento privado.2
Día 2:
Distrito Artístico
Este día está dedicado a descubrir Callao: un lugar donde se fusionan muchas culturas. Esta parte de la ciudad, sede del principal puerto y aeropuerto de Perú, está repleta de historia. Aquí encontrarás fuertes coloniales, plazas de estilo europeo, arte urbano y excelentes mariscos. La visita comenzará en La Punta: un tradicional pueblo de playa ubicado en una pequeña península cerca del aeropuerto. También visitará la parte artística de la ciudad: Callao Monumental, el principal punto de decoración de arte callejero y murales que alberga nuevas galerías de arte de vanguardia junto con restaurantes clásicos de comida marina.Degustación Callao
Este último día está dedicado a descubrir Callao: un lugar donde se fusionan muchas culturas. Para el almuerzo, puede elegir entre un restaurante de alta cocina ubicado junto al puerto que ofrece una vista impresionante de las grúas del muelle o probar diferentes interpretaciones de los sabores tradicionales peruanos a través de un menú degustación en un restaurante acogedor en el corazón del Callao Monumental.Cena Nikkei
El día terminará con una cena en Osaka, premiado como el 4° mejor restaurante del Perú. En esta experiencia, especialmente diseñada para viajeros de PWS, los platos seleccionados te harán descubrir los más deliciosos sabores de la cultura Nikkei, rodeado de una arquitectura que combina a la perfección motivos peruanos y japoneses en un ambiente de lujo.3
Día 3:
Descubriendo comida local
Puedes abrir este día dando un paseo por uno de los mejores mercados al aire libre de Lima o visitando un biomercado donde degustarás productos autóctonos y comida callejera de la zona.Sabores peruanos
Para el almuerzo, descubrirá los diferentes sabores de la costa, la sierra y la selva peruana. Aprende a cocinar un delicioso ceviche y a preparar Pisco Sour, nuestra bebida bandera, ¡todo en un solo lugar! Disfrutarás de esta experiencia inmersiva con un anfitrión local de Peru Well Served.4
Día 4:
Vuelo Lima-Cusco
Upon arriving in the city of Cusco, your private transportation will take you directly to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, to avoid altitude sickness.Pachamanca en Piuray
On your first day at the Sacred Valley, you will enjoy nature at the impressive Piuray lagoon, where you will have an experience that will allow you to taste the roots of the Andean culture: an ancient lunch prepared in an underground stone oven. While the land does its work and the food cooks, you can enjoy outdoor activities, such as paddle boarding or kayaking, in the beautiful lagoon. Then, you will witness the unearthing of the food and enjoy a lunch surrounded by nature and stunning views. This pachamanca is prepared by cooks from the community, who have merged their culinary tradition with professional chefs' knowledge over time —the perfect ingredients for an unbeatable experience.5
Día 5:
Machu Picchu
After a good breakfast, you will visit the citadel of Machu Picchu and the surrounding complexes. A half-hour bus ride will take you to the citadel for a guided tour that, on average, lasts three hours. You will enjoy amazing views and learn about Andean life, traveling back in time. In the afternoon, you will return to Aguas Calientes town to have lunch and then take the train back to Ollantaytambo. From there, a private vehicle will take you to your hotel in the Sacred Valley.6
Día 6:
Maras and Moray
This morning, together with a local guide, you will visit the terraces of Moray: constructions designed to create different microclimates. This work of Inca architecture is considered a great experimentation center for agriculture. Then, you will visit the Maras salt mines, where hundreds of pools filled with salty waters eventually evaporate and leave the salt crystallized: a phenomenon that has occurred for more than 500 years.Picnic, bike tour & Sacred Valley Brewing tasting
After enjoying the delicious picnic in the town of Maras, you will start a smooth and safe, but very fun, bicycle route that will take you to the Cervecería del Valle. There, you will taste the craft beer plant and can taste their different homemade creations made with local ingredients.7
Día 7:
Textile visit to Chinchero
On the way to the city of Cusco, you will visit the textile community of Chinchero to learn with Mrs. Evangelina about their dyeing and weaving techniques, transmitted from generation to generation.Andean cooking class
In this participatory class they will learn to prepare nutritious and healthy dishes using the most representative ingredients of the region, as well as a delicious Pisco sour, under the guidance of a professional chef.Sacsayhuamán & City tour
After lunch, you will make a stop by a local coffee shop and recharge your batteries for the last visit of the trip: Sacsayhuamán. You will visit this beautiful Inca ceremonial fortress accompanied by a private guide, and you will get to know the main points of the city of Cusco such as the Cathedral, the Plaza de Armas and the White Christ. You will stroll through the city of Cusco like a local.8
Día 8:
At the proper time, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home. *This experience can be replaced by lunch at Central restaurant (depending on availability) or in a "cevichería" for a very local experience.
