Día 1:
Día 2:
Este día estará dedicado a explorar Arequipa en profundidad. Primero, aprenderá sobre la historia del chocolate peruano e incluso ¡preparará el suyo propio! A continuación, apreciará las técnicas antiguas de clasificación de fibras y el tejido tradicional en vivo y visitará el fascinante museo de maquinaria textil. Almorzará en una picantería: un restaurante dedicado a la elaboración de platos tradicionales caseros. Por la tarde, dará un paseo por la Ciudad Blanca y visitará lugares como la Plaza de Armas, la Catedral, el Monasterio de Santa Catalina y el popular mirador de Yanahuara. Finalmente, disfrutarás de un menú degustación a base de ingredientes autóctonos: una experiencia increíble con maridaje para la cena.
Día 3:
Llegarás al Valle del Colca y realizarás una caminata rodeado de naturaleza hasta las relajantes Aguas Termales de este hermoso valle. La forma perfecta de disfrutar de la tarde.
Día 4:
Visitarás el mirador de la “Cruz del Cóndor”, definitivamente el mejor lugar para ver el vuelo de estas magníficas aves. Un par de horas después, serás parte de una exclusiva clase de cocina peruana.
Día 5:
Traslado de regreso al aeropuerto de la Ciudad de Arequipa.

After breakfast, you will participate in an immersive chocolate experience: you will know the history, origins, and preparation processes of Peruvian chocolate, and prepare one of your own! Later, you will appreciate ancestral fiber classification and traditional knitting techniques in this unique textile museum.
