Day 1:
Today you will fly from Lima to Chachapoyas, a small city in the northern Andes. When you arrive in Chachapoyas, you can stroll through the city, appreciating its quaint wooden balconies, visit an orchid garden or enter a traditional home.

Day 2:
In an excursion of approximately 6 hours, you will have a guided visit to the Kuelap Fortress (which you will reach by cable car). Returning to your hotel, you will have a table of tea, coffee, muffins, and cookies waiting for you on the main deck. Having afternoon tea with a view of the sunset over the green, forested eastern Andes is an unforgettable view.

Day 3:
Early this morning you wellhead out for a guided walk to the Gocta Waterfall. This is a hike of medium / high difficulty, so you can request the assistance of a horse to accompany you in case a traveler requires it.

Day 4:
Flight back to Lima
