I recommend PWS 100% to travel to Peru!

Getting tickets and tours at Machu Picchu was crazy! , so they made sure everything was spectacular, very well organized and without any problems along the way. Everything was very well thought out, from the details in the events like the picnic in the desert in Paracas to the guides on the tours we took in Cusco were excellent. What we liked most was being able to get to know the Patacancha community in Cusco, being able to see how they live and sharing a delicious pachamanca with them.

Incredible customer service and professionalism

Guides (Holber in the Sacred Valley) and drivers were on time and professional with comfortable, modern vehicles. They gave great snacks and the recommended food options were excellent. We especially enjoyed Mayta in Lima, Cicciolina in Cusco, and the lakeside pachamanca feast. Holber spoke excellent English, as did the guide who did our Lima airport transfers (Renato, I want to say?) Drivers also seemed to speak decent English. Schedules and plans were customizable and flexible even during the trip, both in response to flight changes as well as energy levels/group desires. However, they went above and beyond when one of our party needed to be treated for altitude sickness. They made sure that the rest of the party was well-looked after, but frequently checked in both in person at the clinic and by Whatsapp and helped with medical translation and giving family updates. They treated us like someone in the family was sick. Highly, highly recommended for your Peru plans.

Unforgettable journey to Peru

My trip to Peru was perfect!

Peru Well Served carefully planned every detail with so much care and thoughtfulness. We ate at amazing and acclaimed restaurants, toured colorful markets, visited museums, and overall imbibed the beauty of Peru. I cannot recommend Peru Well Served enough to fellow travelers planning a trip. The company treated us royally, making sure we always had a guide to shepherd us and provide us with local wisdom. Having someone else coordinate all your transportation and lodging logistics is an incredible way to travel. An awsome journey with PWS

The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. Holder was our tour guide and did an amazing job everyday helping us learn about all the history Peru has to offer. Highly recommend using Peru Well Served if you come to Peru to get the best out of your trip experience. Make sure to ask for Holder as your tour guide he is amazing and you will not regret it.

Amazing team and an amazing time!

The trip was incredible

They thought about every single detail, everything was planned to perfection, even when time was running short or things didn’t go as we thought, they had a plan B or a solution for it. We did have a bit of a situation and had to rush to the airport because they didn’t keep good track of the time, bur they fixed it really nice at the end.
