Itinerary Summary:

Day 1:

Arrival in Lima and private transfer from the airport to the hotel.

Day 2:

Colonial Lima and Larco Museum visit with Lunch. Dinner Experience “Mundo en Desnivel” at a renowned restaurant awarded as the best in the world by “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants”.

Day 3:

Market Visit and Cooking Class. Pisco Route.

Day 4:

Private transfer from the hotel to the Lima airport. Upon arriving in Cusco, you can visit the ruins and Pisac market for lunch at a Hacienda in the Sacred Valley.

Day 5:

Lunch by the lagoon with water activities and visit to the Ollantaytambo Fortress. Train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes.

Day 6:

Excursion to Machu Picchu, return to the Sacred Valley on the Vistadome Observatory Train.

Day 7:

Visit to Maras and Moray & Oca Wine and Andean Potato Tasting with Lunch.

Day 8:

Walking tour of Sacsayhuaman and San Blas.

1

Day 1:

Today we will meet you at the Lima airport and transfer you to your hotel.

Day 2:

Colonial Lima and Larco Museum Visit with Lunch
On this tour of the Historic Center of Lima, you will visit a beautiful Franciscan monastery and a colonial house dating back to the mid-16th century, where you will learn about the lifestyle during the time of Lima's founding. Passing by the Cathedral of Lima and the Plaza de Armas, you will witness the ceremonious changing of the guard at the Presidential Palace. Finally, you will walk along Jirón de la Unión, one of Lima's busiest commercial streets, arriving at San Martín Square, which was built to celebrate the centenary of independence.

Next, you will head to the Larco Museum, located in an 18th-century viceregal mansion. Before touring its galleries,you will have a Peruvian lunch at the museum's restaurant.

Founded in 1926, the museum covers five thousand years of Peru's history, from the beginning of Andean civilization to the Inca period. Through these pieces of great artistic value, you will understand the worldview and mentality of the ancient Peruvians.

Dinner Experience “Mundo en Desnivel” Immerse yourself in a unique culinary journey that takes you through the different ecological zones of Peru. From the coast to the heights of the Andes, each dish transports you to a new world of flavors and textures, reflecting the diversity of the country's landscapes and cultures. Day 3:

Market Visit and Cooking Class
In this interactive experience, our chef and host will take you on a local culinary adventure that begins with a visit to his favorite market. There, you will meet his “caseros” and taste a variety of fresh seasonal fruits, superfoods, and other Peruvian products. After that, our chef will teach you how to prepare three Peruvian recipes, as well as our iconic Pisco Sour.

Pisco Route
Barranco, also known as the bohemian neighborhood, is the heart of Lima’s art and culture. It is home to the most prestigious art galleries, interesting cultural bars, and various live music venues. Bars of all kinds can be found here: those found in beautiful boutique hotels, classic craft breweries, and even more traditional bars housed in mansions from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

On this tour, alongside a local host, you will learn how to prepare and taste different versions of our signature drink: the Pisco Sour, the pisco maceration and exclusive cocktails in your favorite Barranco bars full of great stories and top-level bartenders.

Day 4:

Flight from Lima to Cusco.

Our team will welcome you at the Cusco airport and begin your transfer to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. You will start by visiting Pisac, a picturesque village known for its handicraft market. On the nearby hill is the archaeological complex of the same name, one of the most impressive examples of Inca engineering. From the village, you can see this ancient settlement that dominated the entrance to the Sacred Valley.

Next, we will take you to a beautiful colonial farm-hacienda for your first culinary experience in Cusco. There, María del Pilar and Yussef, third-generation producers of giant white corn, will welcome you. Alongside them, you will enjoy a unique experience in the countryside, learning firsthand about the giant white corn exclusive to the Sacred Valley (the only one in the world with a designation of origin!), its production, and life on the hacienda. Your hosts will delight you with a four-course lunch based on corn and other local ingredients.

After this experience, we will take you to your hotel for check-in and rest.

Day 5:

Lunch by the Lagoon and Water Activities
The setting for this activity will be an impressive lagoon surrounded by snow-capped mountains and fields called Huaypo. There, you will enjoy an experience that includes water activities such as paddleboarding or kayaking and savor the flavors of Andean culture with a picnic-style lunch, accompanied by cold beer, wines, and chilcanos—the perfect recipe for an unparalleled gastronomic, adventurous, and relaxing experience.

Visit to Ollantaytambo Fortress
Accompanied by your private guide, you will tour the town of Ollantaytambo, known as the last inhabited Inca village. Nearby is an important Inca fortress that served as a military, religious, and administrative center of the Inca Empire. This was the site of the only Inca military victory over the Spanish conquistadors. In the sophisticated stone structures called collcas, food and supplies for the army and population were stored. It will be an opportunity to immerse yourself in history.

Day 6:

Excursion to Machu Picchu

After a good breakfast, the long-awaited excursion to Machu Picchu begins. A half-hour bus ride will take you to the citadel for a guided tour that lasts, on average, three hours. There, you will enjoy amazing views and learn about Andean life, stepping back in time. In the afternoon, you will return to the town of Aguas Calientes for lunch and then take the train back to Ollantaytambo. From there, your private transport will take you to your hotel in the Sacred Valley.

Day 7:

Visit to Maras and Moray & Tasting of Oca Wine and Andean Potatoes with Lunch

You'll explore the fascinating terraces of Moray, where the Incas experimented with agriculture, and the salt pools of Maras, still used by local families today. In this gastronomic experience, you'll meet a brilliant agricultural engineer, Manuel, who has transformed Andean potatoes and oca into something truly special. His products are even supplied to renowned restaurants. Over a homemade lunch, Manuel will share his story as you taste his delicious potatoes and unique oca wine.

To end the day, you'll visit a restaurant in Cusco that captures the essence of Andean cuisine. Located in the Historic Center, it offers a unique gastronomic experience where local flavors merge with contemporary techniques. Enjoy the warm atmosphere and savor the richness of Peruvian cuisine.

Day 8:

Today you will visit the heart of Cusco gastronomy, the San Pedro Market, to explore amazing Andean products and taste some of them such as tamales, chicharrones, local fruits, cheeses and breads. Afterwards, you will tour the main attractions of Cusco, including the Plaza de Armas, the Koricancha Temple and the artistic neighborhood of San Blas, discovering secrets that only the locals know. At the end of this walk, your private transportation will take you to the outskirts of the city to explore the megalithic Inca ceremonial fortress of Sacsayhuamán.

You will end the day having lunch at a restaurant in the heart of the Historic Center of Cusco. With its charming location on the picturesque Cuesta de San Blas, this restaurant combines the best of Italian and Peruvian cuisine in a cozy and authentic atmosphere.

Day 9:

At the appropriate time, we will transfer you to the Cusco airport for your return flight to Lima.
