Day 1:
Arrival to Lima
You will be transferred to your private apartment.2
Day 2:
Artistic district
This day is dedicated to discovering Callao: a place where many cultures merge. This part of the city, home to Peru's main port and airport, is packed with history. Here you will find colonial forts, European-style plazas, urban art, and excellent seafood. The visit will start at La Punta: a traditional beach town located on a small peninsula near the airport. You will also visit the city's artistic part: Callao Monumental, the main point of street art and murals decor that holds new avant-garde art galleries along with classic marine food restaurants.Tasting Callao
For lunch, you can choose between an haute cuisine restaurant located next to the port that offers a breathtaking view of the quay cranes or try different interpretations of traditional Peruvian flavors through a tasting menu in a friendly restaurant in the heart of Callao Monumental.Nikkei dinner
The day will end with a dinner at Osaka, awarded as the 4th best restaurant in Peru. Day 3:
Discovering native foods
You can open this day by taking a walk through one of the best open-air markets in Lima or visiting a bio-market where you will taste native products and street food from the area.Peruvian flavors*
For lunch, you will discover the different flavors from the Peruvian coast, highlands, and rainforest. Learn how to cook a delicious ceviche and prepare Pisco Sour, our flag drink, all in one place! You will enjoy this immersive experience with a local host from Peru Well Served.Lima-Ica transfer
After lunch, your private vehicle will take you to Ica on a journey of approximately 4 hours.4
Day 4:
Vineyards tour & wine tasting
This morning, you will have free time to rest and enjoy the beautiful facilities of this Hacienda that was transformed into a boutique hotel. After lunch, you will take a guided tour through the vineyards. Having sparkling wine while watching the sunset from the viewpoint, and having a fun tasting of our Peruvian wines is the best way to close this day.5
Day 5:
Nazca lines
After about 1 hour on the road, you will arrive at the Ica airfield to fly over the mysterious lines drawn in the desert by the Nazca culture between 700 BC. and 200 AD, which today are considered a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.Lunch & tasting at La Caravedo
You will visit the oldest distillery in America (1684) and learn about its history on a personalized tour. Then, you will enjoy an exquisite 3-course lunch accompanied by a Peruvian Paso Horse show. Finally, you will participate in an exclusive tasting of the five most awarded Piscos from the winery, guided by a Pisco master.6
