Day-by-day itinerary
The itinerary starts with a three-hour ride south of Lima, to the small beach town of Paracas. Later in the afternoon, after settling down in your hotel, you will head to the desert for a unique adventure; running through the dunes on sand buggies, sandboarding down the slopes, and finally having a drink and some refreshments while watching the sunset over the desert.
In the morning, after breakfast, the adventure will be to go to Ballestas Islands. During this two-hour boat ride, you will see plenty of wildlife, from sea lions to penguins and other sea birds.
In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the hotel in Ica to rest.
Back on the mainland, you will head to the local airstrip to board a flight over the world-famous Nasca Lines, drawn on the desert over 2000 years ago.
You will visit and learn about the history of the oldest distillery in America (1684) through a personalized visit. Later, you will enjoy a 3-course picnic lunch at its facilities accompanied by a Peruvian Paso horse show during lunch.
Finally, you’ll participate in an exclusive tasting of the 5 most awarded piscos from the winery, guided by a Pisco master. In the afternoon you will have a guided tour of the Hacienda's vineyards where you will be able to enjoy a sparkling wine while appreciating Ica's sunset from the viewpoint. Finally, you will be able to participate in a fun tasting of our most iconic Peruvian wines. What a better way to close this day!
After breakfast at the hotel, at the appropriate time you will return to Lima, and transferred to the airport for your flight back home or your next destination.
