Meet
our
Founder

I always knew I wanted a job that makes a difference.

Growing up, we learn that impact matters primarily in the "big" areas like the economy, education, and the environment. And sure, that's not wrong. However, the small impacts we make daily are equally important, such as creating dignified jobs, preserving and celebrating incredibly rich and valuable cultures, and the positive effect a well-planned trip can have on a person's life.

Traveling isn’t just about checking destinations off a list. With the right experiences, it can be a profound journey filled with admiration, gratitude, celebration, self-discovery, questioning, and reflection. I firmly believe that travel has the power to create deep impacts, not only on the social, economic, and environmental development of destinations but also on the travelers themselves.

That is how I see tourism: as my path to making a meaningful impact in the world.

Peru Well Served is how I make it possible. I invite you to celebrate life with us through journeys that transcend.

OUR COMITTMENT

Travel Responsibly

Each journey is meticulously planned with deep respect for the places and communities we engage with.

Everyone involved in our operations - collaborators, guides, suppliers - receive fair compensation. To counter travel’s environmental impact, we plant a tree in the name of each traveler and maintain a no-plastic policy. A percentage of our profits is allocated to supplying soup kitchens in impoverished communities.

We only work with partners, companies and suppliers that share this commitment.
